Returns
Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
All original packaging, labels, tags, accessories and components must be intact.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Products showing signs of use, washing, damage or improper handling cannot be returned.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, Tiara Home will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund at no additional cost to the customer.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to Tiara Home.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged or defective product supplied by Tiara Home.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Products
We cannot accept returns for:
Used or washed products
Flasks or bottles that have been filled with liquid
Products with missing packaging, labels or accessories
Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
Clearance or final-sale products where clearly identified as such at the time of purchase, subject to applicable UAE consumer protection requirements
